MCARTHUR FFA WEEKLY WRAP UP!
Bear River:
Aubrey Giessner and Taylor Dietle competed in the English Creed, with Taylor earning 1st place. Yamilette Martinez and Yisel Morales represented our chapter in the Spanish Creed, with Yisel taking 1st place as well!
Tulelake Field Day:
Our Novice Parliamentary Procedure team earned 2nd place, and our Advanced Parliamentary Procedure team placed 3rd. In Creed Speaking, McArthur FFA was well represented! Aubrey Giessner competed, Maci Gonzalez placed 4th and Taylor Dietle earned 1st place once again, her third first-place finish! In Job Interview, Sadie Bass competed, Tayte Watkins placed 6th, Hannah Terzian earned 4th, and Marianna Hiser brought home 1st place.
Etna Speaking Contests:
Aubrey Giessner and Taylor Dietle competed in Creed, while Miranda Tingle, Kymber Asleson, and Rayna Roark competed in Impromptu. In Job Interviews, Sadie Bass, Hannah Terzian, Marianna Hiser, and Tayte Watkins all competed, with Tayte earning 1st place in her room. Caoimhe Biehle and Lauren Giessner competed in Prepared Speaking, with Lauren placing 2nd overall.
MFE (Made for Excellence) and ALA (Advanced Leadership Academy) Conferences:
A conference specifically for 10th and 11th Grade students, looking to dive deeper into developing their skills as leaders and their futures in FFA, as well as those who want to take their leadership skills to the next level and learn more about guiding their chapters, creating events, and staying organized and timely as they do so. McArthur FFA students who attended the conference did an amazing job connecting with other chapters and going out of their comfort zones to achieve excellence!
