Laura Lakey, Resource
A first year teacher, Laura is no stranger to FRHS. She has coached Volleyball here for years, and is an active community member in the area. She grew up in Cottonwood, CA and graduated from West Valley High School. She continued her education at Shasta College, Temple University, Fresno Pacific University and Simpson University. She and her husband Travis have three girls, Katie, Piper and Paige. Laura loves to sew, read, coach volleyball, spending time with family and is an avid Disney fan!

Cindy White, Special Day Class
Cindy White moved to the Fall River Valley at 5 years old. She attended K through 12th  grade in McArthur and Fall River. She married her high school sweetheart ,Alan, soon after graduation. They have 3 children Val, Tami, & Scott and 3 grandchildren. Cindy became a paraprofessional when her daughter, Tami, needed special education services at the age of 3. She worked as a para for 16 years while raising her children and attending college. Cindy earned her AA degree from Shasta College, BA degree from Simpson and her special education and Multi-subject credentials from National University. Cindy has been working for FRJUSD for the last 35 years 19 as a teacher. All but 4 of those years at FRHS. Cindy is looking forward to retiring at the end of the 2019-2020 school year. Things she’ll do, relax, and spend more time with those wonderful grandkids.
